Jill R. Grindle
Jill is a Certified Professional
Resume Writer (CPRW), who has always had a passion for writing. Her
jumpstart in this field - she always wrote the resumes that landed her
the interviews for the jobs she thought she wanted in the corporate
arena. Her peers, friends and family had similar success stories with
the resumes she crafted for them. Thus, it was logical for her to combine
her love of writing, marketing and people skills into a career in resume
writing.
Her clients include executives and professionals from organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, the United Nations, Fidelity Investments, the United States Tennis Association and DIRECTV, just to name a few.
Jill's prior professional experience includes over 16 years in managed care, pharmaceutical sales, and financial services for international and local corporations. Throughout her career, she has held an active role in writing documents such as policies and procedures, contracts, excerpts for annual reports, mission statements, and an array of other business documents.
Her educational background and training consists of a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and postgraduate coursework towards an MBA at Western New England College. She keeps up to date on the latest in career trends by attending professional networking meetings and training seminars, as well as reading industry publications and participating in professional forums.
Her volunteer efforts include conducting free workshops to teach resume writing skills and providing attendees with no cost resume assessments. She also acts as a professional resource for a community library on the procurement of career and resume reference materials.
Further demonstrating a deep commitment to her profession and a genuine compassion for those in need, she signed on for pro bono resume writing projects in an initiative called Volunteers for Careers, a program sponsored by the Career Masters Institute, following the disastrous wake of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
As further testament
to her passion for resume writing, Jill gained published recognition.

Jill is a member of the National Resume Writers’ Association (NRWA) and served as the Northeast Regional Representative from 2002 to 2003. She is also a member of the Professional Résumé Writers Association (PARW), and Career Masters Institute (CMI). For demonstrating excellence in resume writing, she was asked to serve on the International Certification Committee for the PARW and is active in this role.

Her success stories range from professionals to executives, managers, entrepreneurs in all industries. With each one, she has provided the expertise in every stage of the career management process from assessment through coaching in job search strategies, interviewing and negotiations to secure the "right fit."
Louise’s work has been published in over 18 résumé and cover letter books including Martin Yate’s best-sellers: Knock ‘em Dead Resumes and Knock ‘em Dead Cover Letters. She is also the recipient of numerous industry awards from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches.
Her training and credentials include: postgraduate degree in Career Counseling, M.A. in Counseling Psychology and B.A. in Psychology, plus several Certifications as a Master Career Development Professional, Professional Resume Writer, International Job and Career Transition Coach, Career Management Practitioner and Employment Interview Professional.
She is active in multiple professional associations, serves on the certification board of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) and is frequently quoted as a career expert online and in publications nationwide. Her affiliations encompass Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARWCC), National Resume Writers Association (NRWA), International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP), National Career Development Association (NCDA), American Counseling Association (ACA) and Career Masters Institute (CMI).
